Job Purpose:

The Remote Wellhead Platform (RWHP) Manager is responsible for the overall leadership and management of the RWHP facilities. This includes ensuring the health and safety of personnel, the implementation of emergency response procedures, and the coordination of well intervention and maintenance activities. Key Job Accountabilities:

• Ensure the health and safety of personnel on the RWHP facilities.
• Implement emergency response procedures and action plans in the event of an incident.
• Coordinate well intervention and maintenance activities.
• Oversee adherence to all EHS & Q policies, procedures and standards.
• Perform diagnoses and troubleshooting in more demanding situations.
• Coordinate activities on-board for efficient and timely completion of work.
• Support brownfield expansion projects and commissioning of new facilities.
• Provide a focal point for review of RWHP procedures and practices.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in the oil and gas industry, with 5+ years of experience in a leadership role.
• Strong understanding of health and safety procedures.
• Experience with emergency response planning and management.
• Experience with well intervention and maintenance activities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
